This is DostiHome, a building materials and plumbing business in Lagos, using its own Office by AU app. Real screens, nothing mocked up.
Step 1Your staff type their PIN
Each person has their own 4-digit PIN. No email, no password, no account to create.
Step 2Write the items, or pick them
Start typing a product and its price fills itself in from your list. Or type anything new on the spot.
Step 3Send a branded quotation
Your logo, stamp and signature, worked out to the last kobo. Send it as a PDF, a picture, or straight to WhatsApp.
Step 4Mark it paid. The receipt appears.
Record a deposit and the balance is worked out. Mark it paid and the official receipt opens by itself.

Who uses the app, me or my customers?
You and your staff. Your customers never use it. They only receive the finished quotation or receipt from you, as a PDF, a picture or on WhatsApp.
Do my staff need to sign up or have an email?
No. You give each person a 4-digit PIN. They open the link, type the PIN and start quoting.
I have more than one branch. Does it work?
Yes. Staff in every branch use the same app, the same products and the same prices. You see what everyone in every branch has quoted and collected, from one place.
Does it work on any phone?
Yes. Android or iPhone, tablet or laptop. It opens in the browser and you can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app.
What if my prices change?
You change them yourself in the app, in seconds. Every staff phone gets the new price straight away. Staff can't change your price list.
Can my staff delete quotes or receipts?
No. Only the owner can delete. Staff see only their own quotes, and you see everybody's.
What happens if the network goes or a phone dies?
Quotes save themselves as staff type. Open the app again and the work is there.
How much does it cost?
₦150,000, paid once. That covers your own design in your brand, staff PINs, setup and help from us. Adding your products is quick: type them in, or snap a photo of your price list and the app reads it for you to check. There's no monthly fee after that.
